It is near good bus routes into town and the local hospital.
The house has recently had a brand new bathroom fitted and it has a modern kitchen with washing machine etc. You will have use of a front room when I am out.
The house is near Midkent shopping centre. It is also near the beautiful Allington lock.
You would have use of the garage for storage only.
You can park near the property but there is no driveway.
You must like cats as I have two cats who go outside.
The rent includes all bills includes wifi and council tax.
