My house rules are pretty simple, I’m a young guy, I don’t drink or party often
No parties, no continual guest, no overnights when I’m there (if I’m not around no problem), be clean and have basic hygiene standards (specifically using the bathroom, and kitchen), no smoking in my house, no shoes on the carpet or stairs, and no loud music after 10pm, and lastly - pay your rent on time - I set up a direct debit through a payment software… this is mandatory - 3 missed payments in a row will = in the termination of your lodger agreement. I’m pretty easy going you just need to communicate and be respectful of the space.
