-monthly bills at £85/ month,
rent includes council tax unless you are a student then there will be a discount on the rent.
adjustment for couples would be extra 85/month on top of the above (525+85+85)
Appliances include washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, tumble dryer (but this will not be replaced if it breaks due to electricity costs).
There is a large grey desk and office chair available as well if needed (not shown in photo)

Garden at the back with mature apple tree, herbs, vegetable patch and rear alley (seeded for with bees and butterflies) access.
