The house is set back from the main road and is opposite a large beautiful green park with amenities such as a tennis court. The closest bus stop towards Maidstone Town Centre is a 3 min walk from the house and the closest bus stop towards Maidstone Hospital is just across the road. Tesco and Sainsbury's are just a 5 min and 10 min walk away, respectively. There is also a corner shop across the road. The room advertised is at the back of the house and overlooks the large tranquil garden. A gym area is included in the shared areas, at no extra cost. Nurses are welcome and females are preferred.
