This is a weekday let. Monday to Friday or it could be weekends but not a full week. Price quoted is for 4 nights and can be adjusted to reflect 2, 3 or 5 nights. Please contact me if you need a short term 7 day let 1-3 months, and the reason why, and I’ll work out if I can accommodate you.

The room is serviced so cleaning is done and all bedding/towels provided and laundered weekly.

Bright and sunny room in rural location but on frequent bus routes to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells and walking distance of Wateringbury train station. Post Office, The Wateringbury Pub, petrol station, small shops and farm shop all close by.

The room is contained within a 3 bed detached house with stunning views at the front across the valley.

There’s a fully fitted kitchen and 3 reception rooms, gardens back and front.

The bathroom is shared with me and a part time male lodger and there is a downstairs toilet with handbasin.

I am fit and active and look after my 4 horses in the field across the road. I am quiet and self contained with frequent visits from family members and grandchildren.

I sometimes look after dogs for friends and family when they’re away.

I’m looking for a quiet person who has interests or work outside the house. Must be clean and tidy.
