The property has a small open-plan kitchen, which is shared with just one other person a few times a week.

A bit about the living arrangement:

* I stay at the property a couple of afternoons and a few nights each week.
* I have a friendly dog, so you must be comfortable living with dogs. Occasionally my dog may be at the property while I’m out.
