Large bedroom (approx 20' x 18) and shared rooms available in a self-contained part of our family home. The large bay window has distant views to the Cotswolds. Available together with a shared (with 1) large bathroom, dining/sitting room and kitchen, all on the ground floor. The ground floor accommodation is shared with one other professional lodger.

There is separate access to the ground floor by path from the garden. Rent is inclusive of bills.

Our family live on the middle and upper floors.

The lower floor rooms are fully furnished but can be unfurnished if required. There is fibre-optic broadband, at c. 40mbps. The kitchen includes all usual requirements. The large bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The sitting room has a TV and dining table.

The room is currently being decorated and will be available to move in by mid November 26.
There are beautiful walks in the Malvern Hills from the property, which is close to the Holy Well. Additionally, a convenience store is a few minutes walk away (it recently closed, but is expected to reopen soon). Great Malvern is just a 5 minute drive, a regular direct 10 min bus ride or a nice, flat 30-40 minute walk.
