We have an available en-suite 20 meter square room in our second floor to let located in the university of Manchester campus. The price is included the bills. We are a family of three with a one-year-old child. The kitchen is shared and we prefer to have a tenant with light amount of cooking. We search for only girl students. Our family are the university of Manchester staff and we are not noisy people.
The room is furnished with brand-new furniture and kitchen has good quality appliances to share.
