Hi folks

Our spare room is available to rent for an initial period of 6 months, then into rolling :-) Please be aware this is a cat household and not suitable for people with allergies.

About where you'll be living, and the live-in owners:

- We are a couple in our early thirties. I, Bethan, work from home but sometimes travel away for work, and my partner Rick works from home three times a week.

- We are home-bods and love a chilled weekend pottering around the house and spending time in the garden

- Outside work we enjoy cooking, reading, climbing, gardening, PT, writing, playing guitar and occasionally convincing ourselves that wine tasting counts as a hobby.

A few extra things to know:

-We have a fully equipped (/full to bursting!) kitchen so we kindly ask for the majority of your kitchenware (should you have any) to be stored safely in the basement rather than added to the current kitchenware. You are welcome to use ours.

- We're looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful person. Cleaning the house will be a joint responsibility. We both take pride in keeping the house tidy, so we're looking for someone who feels the same

- We'd particularly suit a working professional who is looking for a calm, comfortable home rather than a party house

- This is a non-smoking household and hard line (pardon the pun) on no recreational drugs in the house

- We're looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces, considerate of others, and happy with a balance of friendliness and independence.

- We're friendly and enjoy a chat, the occasional shared meal or drink. Equally we both have busy work lives and value our downtime during the week

- The bathroom has a big bath and a separate enclosed shower.

- There is on street parking outside the house, visible from your bedroom window
