We are looking for someone TEMPORARY for the master bedroom from end of May and someone PERMAMENT for the small double bedroom from end of July for this beautiful house we share between close friends.

It's a room at a house for 4 close to Cringle Park in Burnage / Levenshulme area. Housemates are into running, circus skills, hikes, sustainability, festivals and the odd house party but mostly chilled house.


It's a small double bed and the room is small but house is massive and pretty chilled most times of the day. Plenty of space to work and chill outside of the room.

Looking for someone who wants to become our friends too, not keen on people who just want a base to keep to themselves. We are very community driven and love to do things together as well as respecting each other spaces.

House is massive and bright with excellent housemates and brilliant public transport routes to town, airport and Uni nearby, shops, parks, Fallowfield Loop, etc. Plenty of shops nearby. We have a gorgeous garden, 2 Living rooms (one cinema room), Kitchen all communal. We also have 3 toilets in the house. Main bathroom is shared between 3 people. We have a cleaner that comes once a month for 20 quid each.

Veggie house (ok for meat eaters who do not cook meat in the house). We cook for each other sometimes so current housemates who do eat meat get the odd take away or eat when out, but not in the house. Happy to discuss details. But if you are a heavy meat eater, probs not for you.

Rainbow colours welcome, no worries if you are not as long as you are open-minded and respectful. We have loads of queer and Trans friends and organise gatherings and some parties at times so if you only want a room and not the rest, this is probs not for you. Direct and honest communication are key.
