I live in the Chorlton area of Manchester.

I currently have 1 room available in my home from Nov 23rd . £750 top floor nice space and shower room, sitting area. Also shared with kitchen diner.

Some of the rooms in my home have their own kitchen Wc shower 🚿 and chilled space, so allows nice privacy.

I’m a live in landlord & all bills are included managed by me.

There is plenty of downtime space and privacy.

The lower ground - The medium room is £650 available 1st week Sept and the larger room £695 is available from mid Sept / 2025. I can provide video and pictures. There are some attached to this advert.

The spaces are lovely, calm & warm with nice features as well as the rest of my cosy home.
I can send videos and online viewings also if it’s easier via What’s app. It is similar to a live video viewing.
Having renters with me has been amazing over the past few years and a great experience for all.
Looking for a clean & tidy person who respect living in a nice environment & will get on with others.

A bit about me. I work as a firefighter & also a creative person as well as entrepreneurial.

I redevelop houses on my days off from work so I’m not always home but local enough to be around.
I love coffee & cafe hopping, socialising and doing Yoga 🧘 as well as running clubs & small hikes.
I do not drink or smoke and live a zen positive life.

I am social a person & like meeting new people but equally respect calm space & quiet time.

I also enjoy the theatre ,travel, music, painting, galleries, reading.

I dont really party late so l am looking for like minded people who respect this & understand.

I also co parent two well behaved boys aged 13 & 15 who are clean, calm, sporty & creative whom stay with me in a private space 2 days a week. They are normally out of sight, with school friends, studying or sporty classes or spending weeks away with family. The house is big enough not to notice anyone living in at times 🤗
They tend to be studying in their bedrooms or with their extended family too allowing you space.

I’m located in a leafy suburb of Manchester near to Chorlton and Whalley Range. Easy access to the city and Universities Oxford Road, northern quarter, Ancoats, Spinningfields, Manchester airport, hospitals. Parks nearby are Alexandra Park, Chorlton water park, Seymour Park.

There is plenty of downtime space within the house with a separate kitchen, dining room and lounge space. 😀 patio garden deck and green planted rear back garden.
Parking available off road.
