My name is June. I know this is not the best time to look for a flatmate, but if you are considering moving, this is gonna be your next home!
Located right in between Salford and Manchester, it is extremely easy to access both City Central (15 minutes) and to University of Salford (10 minutes) by walk only. And if you want to go by bus, bus stop for all buses are just around the corner!
The flat is on the 3rd floor with Juliets balcony where you can enjoy a cup of tea with a full view.
I am looking for a female flatmate to move in immediately. Couples are welcome but the rent will be a bit more (just a bit).
Bills are not included but it's approximately:

- £20 electricity
- £10 water
depend on our usages.
