The house has solar panels, eco boiler, insulation, etc, it is comfortable in summer and in winter. There is a shared dining/study room downstairs, a kitchen, utility room, and a downstairs toilet. Separate WC upstairs, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen facilities include your own fridge, gas hob, fan oven, and in the utility room washing machine and drier, and plenty of washing line outside. in the Study/Dining room, there is a TV ariel point. Virgin broadband wireless available. Outside there are gardens front and back, and a wild flower green roof over the garage. In the back garden there are three seating areas including a Summer house with sofas, and a covered area, so it is easy to relax in the garden in all weathers. In the front there is on road parking, and the house is a 5 min walk to the 192 bus stop with buses every few minutes. We are in walking distance of cafes, and shops in Levenshulme and Heaton Moor, and our local supermarket is Aldi's. The beautiful Highfield's Country Park, and Nature Reserve is on the doorstep, and there is easy access to the countryside from here, for instance the High Peak in Derbyshire is just a 20 minute drive. At the same time, both Manchester and Stockport Centres are 20-30 minutes on the bike is you are cycling. There is an old dog and a cat living here, Willow and Bugsy, so you will have to be into animals to want to live here. I would also prefer a woman, non smoker, and someone who is fairly environment friendly. We share the cleaning of the shared spaces.
