I would like to offer a fully furnished specious double room ultra and extremely super clean close to Manchester city centre.
This room has it's own sole use separate bathroom and toilet " essentially more like an en-suite to be precise" this room also has its own wardrobe, table desk and a chair, smart TV with full Netflix subscription.
The house also has a well tidy kitchen, fitted with washing machine, mirowave, oven, integrated fridge and including the cupboard.
The house is located in a very peaceful & clean environment around "Openshaw" area- East Avenue along Ashton Old Road "15-20" minutes on the bus & less than 15 minutes on taxi ride from Manchester city centre, and also less than 10 minutes to "Audenshaw" and about 10 minutes walk to "Droylsden Tram Station". And also, less than 5 minutes walk away or to the bus stop via Ashton Old Road.

My place is a 4-bedroom semi-detached house in "Openshaw" just a few minutes from Manchester city centre along Ashton old road.
The bus service on this road is one of the best/decent transportation links- bus service are "219/221", etc, which runs every 20 minutes from "5:00am - 23:50pm" which is quite excellent.
The house is a 2 story building and 2x rooms are located on the first floor. Meanwhile (1x room has been taken by a male professional) and there is no pets in this house.

The heart of Manchester is only a few minutes away from the house and is perfect for anyone visiting Manchester for pleasure, studying/work.

The house is well connected for public transportation links with ease and there's also a parking space located beside the property.
And also the house is close to all local amenities for your shopping, etc.
Less than 5 minutes radius with ease i. e, big Openshaw Super Store" for African, Asian, Caribbean groceries, and 24hours Gym, Morrisons store, Post office, B&M, Iceland, Pound-land, McDonald's, Lidl, etc.
And Tesco & the big Asda are also few minutes away, and for football fans, the house is just a few minutes away from "Manchester city ground i. e, Etihad Stadium" and 15-25 minutes to "Manchester United Old Trafford Stadium" from Piccadilly Gardens.

And also, Manchester University & Manchester Royal Infirmary Hospital NHS are less than 20 minutes on a ride to my place and 25 minutes from Manchester airport on a taxi ride which could cost up to £30-£35 using Uber ride.

Both Shudehill & National express:
Please try walk your way down to Piccadilly gardens in Manchester city centre, and you will have to get on the bus "219/221" and tell the bus driver you're dropping off next second bus-stops after "Morrison store in Openshaw" and walk your way down to the property under 5 minutes.

And if you're coming from "Ashton-under-lyne" do let the bus driver know you're dropping off second stops before Morrison store.
