I currently have a room available in my lovely two bed flat in Hulme.

Current tenant is called Rafa and has been living in the property for 3 years..

Rafa is top guy from Spain working in F + B.

These rooms usually go within a week. I am looking for someone to move in here for 12 months minimum ideally.

Flat is immaculate and comes with secured parking underground. The bedroom itself comes with the master bathroom and shared living space.
