Hi all,

I am advertising this decent sized double room, as I am moving out of the room as of 31 August 2022 and I'm looking for someone to move in from 1st September 2022.

The room is situated on the ground floor of the lovely 4 bedroom house. There is a ground floor shower room and WC as well as upstairs showering and WC facilities also. The property has a lounge area and a large kitchen with dining facilities. Also, there is a washing machine and tumble drying facilities on the property, so there's no hassle of having to find a laundrette.

The property is short 5 min walk from the famous Curry Mile which has a range of restaurants, take-awaits and shops. The property is within walking distance to Manchester Royal Infirmary and the universities also.

The photographs are as the room was when I first moved in however, not much has really changed, to be honest

Currently, the house is occupied by myself and 3 other males ages between 20 to 40.
