I am renting out each bedroom in this luxurious 2 bedroom apartment in Salford Quays. This is a new apartment so all furnitures and appliances are brand new. 1st room is an unsuite while the 2nd room isn't, but whoever gets the second room gets sole use of the main bathroom. Each room is £750 and bills would be shared between both tenants.
Only one room available now which is the unsuite one.
Open to couples @ £100 extra on rent.

Deposit is same as 1 months rent, so each person pays £750 deposit each.
