I am looking for someone to move into my spare room (room 3 on the floor plan) from 17th of May onwards as my housemate is leaving.

The apartment is a short 10-minute walk to Spinningfields and Deansgate, the flat is in a great location near to JD Gym, Sainsburys and a short walk from Cornbrook tram stop. There is on street parking 10 mins walk away.

£675 p/m includes rent, electricity, water, council tax, tv license and internet. The rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, bed, 2 bedside tables and you will share a bathroom with one other person.

Looking for people who are clean and easy going. Also looking for people who don’t need to work from home. Happy to consider a reduce rate for Mon-Fri let.

I’m an Environmental Scientist by profession and very outdoorsy I love running, bouldering, hiking etc. I’m outgoing and enjoy a good night out.
