My current housemate is moving to London so looking for someone to take her room

Double bedroom which has built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and bed with storage underneath. The flat has a shared living room and bathroom and a balcony where I like to grow things. Building has a concierge, secure bike store, residents lounge and roof terrace. Pets are allowed with an extra charge of £30pcm so bonus points if you have a lil cat 🐈

Rent is £687pcm without bills. I don’t currently pay council tax as I’m a student but it’s band D if you’re not a student.

I’m in the final year of my PhD and usually work in the office 9-5 Mon-Fri so enjoy a nice chilled evening in. Enjoy board games, swimming, pilates, crochet, going out to eat and the occasional hike at the weekend

Will be a good match if you like living in a flat with a nice calm vibe. I also like to keep the flat very clean and tidy. It would be a bonus if you’re also vegetarian as I’d love to cook joint flat meals to share cooking duties!
