I'm looking to move out before April as I need to move for work, so hoping to get someone to replace me :)

Clippers Quay, 2 bed flat. The room for rent is furnished with a king sized bed, the other bedroom is ensuite, so you'll get the main bathroom for yourself - big lounge + kitchen in between the rooms

The building has a gym, cinema room and working spaces. Though there is space in your room for your desk too if you wfh

Closest tram is 2 min walk away, Exchange Quay. Approx 15 mins to Picadilly or 2 stops to deansgate

Housemate is 25 easy going and works centrally, happy to meet for a coffee and viewing :)
