Double room in gated block of flats between April-September. I’m moving out whilst traveling, and my flatmate is 24, female and student- social, friendly and clean.
My flatmate has a friendly cat.
Video is the flat before we moved in, the room is the one that will be rented, we also have a TV in the flat and a dishwasher.
20 min walk to the centre, 5 minute walk from new islington tram stop, 10 minute walk from Aldi and pure gym.
The building is heated year round by a biomass boiler making electricity very cheap and wifi is included in the rent.- we pay about £50 a month for water and electric.
Council tax band A
Need a months notice to notify letting company to switch tenants.
Must be LGBT+ friendly
