We’re Mike and Joaquin, both PhD students at the University of Manchester, and we’re looking for a new flatmate ready to move in ASAP (as early as you can), as our previous one has moved away for work. We live in Ardwick, in a well-connected and comfortable three-bedroom house.

- 3 minute walk from corner shop, 10 minute walk from Morrison's, 20 miutes from Lidl.
- 10 minutes by bus from Piccadilly station (bus stop is around the corner).
- Dangerously close to Maccies.

About us!
We’re Mike and Joaquin, two mates sharing the house. We’re both pretty easygoing and friendly, and the vibe at home is relaxed and comfortable.

We like gaming, watching the latest season of whichever tv show everyone is talking about, the occasional trip to Spoons, and chatting in the kitchen about whatever’s going on. A good balance of hanging out, and sometimes just doing our own thing.

We’re looking for someone chill and open-minded. Ideally, someone who wants to live in a friendly house rather than just rent a room. Would be best to have a student join us (avoid paying council tax rather than get a sad 20% discount), but we are open to everyone. Think you're good fit?
