You're right next to Stevenson Square and a stone's throw from Ancoats, meaning you've got some of the best bars, restaurants and coffee shops in Manchester literally on your doorstep. Manchester Piccadilly station is about a 5 minute walk, making it ideal if you commute or travel regularly.

Your housemate is a 23 year old lad, very easy going and gets along with pretty much anyone. He works abroad quite a bit so you'll often have the place to yourself over weekends, which is a nice bonus.

I'm gutted to be leaving honestly, it's an unreal flat in an unreal location, but I'm having to relocate to London for work. These apartments always go quickly and rarely even make it to listing stage, so if you're interested don't hang about.
