Looking for a female flatmate to rent 1 room in a 2 bed flat for a tenancy takeover in a prime location in Salford Quays. Harbour city tram stop is directly outside and it takes 15 mins on the tram into the city centre.

Rooms available from the 5th April. You will have a double room and own bathroom. There is a large living area and kitchen with gorgeous views over the quays. The building has a gym, cinema and 24/7 security/ concierge.

Rent is £750 per month and when you add council tax and bills onto it’s about £950 per month.

I’m a 23 yr old who’s currently working int he travel industry. I work shifts throughout the week and weekends and i enjoy going to the gym, going out for coffee, walks and socialising. I’m looking for a flatmate who will not only be flatmate but also a friend.
