Large Double Rooms in Friendly Levenshulme House

Hi there! Dave and I are looking for two new housemates to join our home long-term in Levenshulme. We’re both professionals and are looking for like-minded people working in Manchester who want a relaxed, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live.

The House & Rooms:

The house is spacious and bright, with a great layout that ensures everyone has their own space. We are currently advertising two rooms:

Room 1: A large, impressive double room on the ground floor, featuring beautiful bay windows and easy access to the ground-floor bathroom.

Room 2: A second large double room located on the first floor, with easy access to the first-floor bathroom facilities.

Bathrooms: We have a shared main bathroom that everyone can use, plus two individual toilets (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor).

The Location
Levenshulme is a fantastic, well-connected spot.

Transport: No more than a 5-minute walk from major bus and train routes, making the commute into the city centre reliable and easy

And we’re just a short stroll from the vibrant independent cafés, bars, and restaurants along Stockport Road.

The Details

Move-in date: Both rooms are available from the end of March to align with the two other housemates moving into their own houses.

Bills: Not included, but they typically come to roughly £100 per month (this includes everything, plus Council Tax Band B).
