The studio is connected to a communal living space alongside five other rooms. The accommodation was recently finished building in August 2025 and has had only one student living in the room (me). The room is new and has good ventilation and heating systems along with essential plugs and USB ports needed for a student. Additionally, the kitchen is large and modern, suitable for cooking or baking.

The accommodation itself is well organised with access to a food court, delivery room, gym, staff support and reception, Social areas and study areas, and even a laundry room and bike room. The accommodation is a good location for Manchester Metropolitan University and a quick access to transportation and the city centre. The view is nice and the bed is a standard double, with plenty of under-bed storage and wardrobe space.

I am a student looking for someone to take over the tenancy for a short stay, the tenant has to be enrolled in Manchester Metropolitan University as a current student or as a new one as this room is a designated spot through the university. Students that take over this tenancy can work with the accommodation to continue to stay. If a couple would like to stay here, the accommodation should allow it.

The contract takeover is a short stay available from May-September. Please reach out to me as there is flexibility for the move-in date.
