Hi, I’ll be leaving the UK for 3 months (7th May to beginning of August) and looking to rent out my flat while I’m away.

It’s one bedroom, ground floor, fully furnished and a great location being approx 1 mile away from city centre.
All of my belongings will be put away of course! Large sofa, large Samsung TV, desk space for work in the living room. Bedroom has a double bed, large body length mirror and dressing table.

Rent is £950 and bills are £250 so £1200 per month total. Deposit £950
