We are looking for a third flatmate age 26+ to join our flat. We live on the Ancoats /NQ border and the room is a double with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There isn’t currently a desk so probably suits someone who isn’t fully remote best. The room shares a bathroom with one other girl (one room is en suite).

The flat is a 10 minute walk to both Victoria and Piccadilly. We have a washer dryer, large south facing terrace and big bright living space. We work 9-5s so cook/ gym/ watch tv/ eat out in the evenings but like to get out for food / drinks/ gigs/ a walk at the weekend. We would prefer someone who works Mon-Fri 9-5 without shifts/ lots of weekends so we can all be on similar schedules.

No men or students pls and aged 26+ . You’ll be living with Rach (creative for a fashion brand) and Taylah (producer). We have our own thing going on but are all pals so looking for someone to slot in!

Bills are about £150 a month on top.

You need to have been in a job earning £16k for 3 months or have a Uk based guarantor.

Move in date is late June (flexible) and ideally looking for someone long term
