My current flat mate is moving out and I am looking for someone to move into his room.

The property is in a great area, nice a quiet but not too far out from the city centre, there is plenty of public transport. Brooklands tramstop is about a 4/5minute walk away and takes about 20 mins to get into the city. If you drive, there is permit parking right outside of the property for around £60 per year.

The property is a 2 bedroom terrace with a garden patio. 2 lounge areas, a kitchen and 1 bathroom which has a bath and a shower.

Council Tax Band is a B

For viewings give me a message, I work Mon to Friday 9 til 5.30 so will need to be in the evenings or a weekend. Once I have chosen who to move forward with the estate agent has told me they will still have to do their credit and reference checks, just an FYI.
