Hi,

My housemate is moving out on the 28th of January so I am looking to fill 1 double room in the apartment.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who is clean, easy going, chilled out and friendly.

The apartment is on 99 Denmark Road, by Whitworth park. Very quiet area.

It's Close to Oxford rd, 5 minutes walk from Manchester University and 25 - 30 minutes walk to the Manchester City centre.

Lots of buses on Oxford Road.

The room has it's own bathroom and toilet.

All Bills (Water, Electric, Council tax, Internet, TV licence) are included in the rent.

Viewings are weekdays 5 - 7pm and weekends based on availability.
