Hi, I have a spare room with en suite in my 2-bedroom flat in Manchester. All bills are included and there are no agency fees or other hidden extras.

The room is a furnished double room with an en suite shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom furnishing includes bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a TV.

The shared space is an open-plan living/kitchen area with all the usual bits and bobs. There is also a balcony for when the weather picks up.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Deansgate station and less than 10 minutes to Oxford Road. Sainsbury's Local and the First Street Development are at the end of the road and pretty much all of town is walkable.

I'm a live-in landlord I'm a professional engineer on a 9-5 and usually up for a chat when I'm home. I like making the most of the city centre (more bars than clubs these days!) but sometimes love just relaxing in the flat with a film or a game.

Ideally looking for someone relaxed who is happy to hang out on a quiet evening in the flat but but saves the partying for the weekend!
