The house is in an excellently residential area with off road parking and is only a short commute from the city center which you can get to in less than 10 minutes on the tram (zone 2) thats less than a 5 minute walk, or a leisurely walk to MediaCity/Salford Quays or Chorlton. A park is only 3 minutes walk down the road.

The smaller double is priced at £750 per month which includes all bills and council tax. The room comprices of a bespoke integrated doublw wardrobe, work station and overhead cabinetes. over the work station there is a downlight. There are three double sockets in the room of which one has also a USB port. There is wall cabinetes for extra storage and the double bed has two devan draws for additional storage. the room also have wall mounted shelves as well as a TV stand to the far side of the room.
