I have a fully furnished double room to rent in my 2 bedroom house in Tyldesley. All bills included. The house is furnished to a high standard throughout with peace and comfort in mind. The neighbours either side are lovely and the area is quiet and safe with ample on street parking. There is a spacious back yard that gets the sun all afternoon.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Tyldesley high street for the gym, shops, bars and restaurants. It's also located close to the V1 and V2 guided bus route. Buses are every 10 minutes going directly to Salford Uni in 25 mins, Manchester City Centre in 35 mins and Manchester Royal Infirmary in 45 mins. Council tax band A.

About me - I'm a 37 year old male with a lot of different hobbies. I'm very sociable, I like to stay active, go to the gym, play padel, read, travel, cook, play games and I'm always on the lookout for new plants for the house.
