This is a massive room with amazing storage. The location is in the heart of Fallowfield, 5 minutes from the bus stop and the high street and a 2 minute walk from the corner shop and Sainsbury's.
There are 3 other girls living in the house who are all very respectful and kind. There is minimal drinking in the house and the girls are comfortable living with any other woman from any background so long as she is respectful and kind.
There is a garden with a picnic bench that is perfect for the summer and does not need up keep as there is no grass.
I have attached pictures from the landlords and the pictures that I have taken myself so everything is clear.
I am having to move out due to some personal reasons and need someone to replace me ASAP. For this reason I am willing to discuss the first month rent with the new potential tenant!!
