The building is located in front of the River Irwell and has a lovely little park behind the complex. The apartment blocks are relatively new so the outside communal areas are still being completed. However you can’t hear any noise! The penthouse is located on the 7th floor making it very peaceful up there! The Apartment is in a great location, 10 mins walk to Salford central station, 20 mins walk to Victoria station and the buses run on the main road (Chapel street) which is a couple minutes walk away. There are lots of little bars/restaurants/cafes near by, there is a 24hr Nisa directly beneath the Apartment too and spinningfields, Arndale centre & Deansgate are all just a 15 minute walk away!

I am currently a Live in landlord but am leaving the country and looking to rent my room on a 3 month contract then going on to a rolling contract if everyone is happy! My bedroom is available with a large private bathroom across the hall which has recently been refurbished and I am looking for someone to join my current tenant who is clean and tidy and most of all sociable at social-able hours .
