The house is just a stones throw from the Armitage sports centre and down the road from the local Sainsbury's, Iceland & Pizza Hut.

There is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes just 10 minutes to get to the main Manchester University campus.

One working professional and two students already live in the house.

You will avoid all agency fees and will have an awesome landlord should you want to live here!!
