We are a laid back couple who foster dogs with Dogs Trust (no current dog), looking to rent out the second room in the house. We both mostly work from home Mon-Fri between 8-6. In our free time we enjoy dog walks, watching films, going out for activities and socializing.

On offer is a fully furnished double room with plenty of built in storage, office desk and double bed; waiting for your personal touch. (The picture is slightly out of date room is now painted olive green).

You will have shared use of kitchen diner (including use of appliances) conservatory, living room and garden with patio. There is a shared bathroom with combined bath & shower.

The house is conveniently located 2 min walk from local shops, supermarket, bus links to town, immediate access to the M60 a 4 min walk to Debdale park and reservoir and 5 minutes from the Fallowfield Loop cycleway.

Some bills included (council tax, water, super-fast internet) with additional bills variable based on usage (gas and electric) split equally between number of people in the house.
