I have finished my uni course and I’m moving home for work so my accommodation is immediately available on a short term let. It is a single en-suite room in a unite student block. The kitchen/living area is shared with 3 other rooms. It is available until 13 July 2024 but there may be scope to extend over the summer if required. All bills are included.

The flat has a single bed with under storage drawers. There is a bedside table a wardrobe and a large desk with shelving. The en-suite has sink toilet and shower. There is a Spar and laundrette on site.

The flat is located a 2 min walk from MMU. (Opposite the student union) and close to Manchester City Centre. As it is student accommodation you must be a current university student to take the room.
