I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a beautiful, modern room in a high rise apartment on the 15th floor. The flat has a huge balcony with stunning views and an amazing city living feel.
Although located in Salford, you are right next to Manchester city centre. Spinningfields, Deansgate, shops, restaurants and nightlife are only about a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
Salford Central station is also just 2 minutes from the building, making it perfect for commuting.
The apartment is stylish, bright and very well maintained. The bathroom is a private ensuite for you only, located just outside the bedroom rather than inside, but it is not shared with anyone else.
The building comes with fantastic amenities including a gym, residents lounge, co-working spaces, 24 hour reception and on site maintenance. It is secure, comfortable and ideal for students or young professionals.
You would be living with friendly, respectful flatmates who value cleanliness and a relaxed home environment.
Costs: rent plus bills come to roughly around £1000 per month in total, with council tax approximately £114 per person.
It’s genuinely a lovely place to live, especially if you want modern high rise living while still being within walking distance of everything Manchester has to offer.
