Got a room going in our 5-bed house with 4 really sound uni lads. All easygoing, sociable, like going to the pub and having a laugh, but it’s not a constant party house either – good balance.
The room itself is a really nice size and comes furnished.
House has:
• 2 toilets
• 1 shower room (shared between 3 as 2 rooms have en-suites)
• Big garden (great in summer)
• Decent kitchen + living space
Rent is £650 a month. Bills usually work out at around £20-ish on top.
Tenancy runs until 31st July.
