Spacious double room available in a bright and comfortable 3-storey house in Salford Quays, in a quiet area right by the water.
I live here on my own with my cat, so you’d only be sharing the entire house with one other person, no busy or crowded house-share. I’m looking for someone clean, friendly and respectful who wants to feel at home rather than just rent a bedroom.
The house has plenty of shared space. The ground floor has a kitchen, hallway and WC. On the second floor there’s a separate office/workspace with a large panoramic window and a living room with a projector. The top floor has two bedrooms and the main bathroom.
There are two toilets, a bath and separate shower, dishwasher, washing machine, and a separate little drying/utility room with a dehumidifier.
The bedroom is a good-sized double room. It currently has a single bed, but I’m happy to provide a double bed if preferred.
Location is one of the best things about the house, the canal is about a minute’s walk away and the tram stop is around 3 minutes on foot, with easy access into Manchester city centre. Parking is also available.
I keep the house very clean and tidy and would ideally like to find someone who appreciates the same. I’m easy-going and respect personal space, but I’m also sociable and always happy to have a glass of wine together occasionally.
