2 minutes walk from tram stop (Wythenshawe Park). Easy and direct access by tram to Manchester Airport, Wythenshawe Hospital, City Centre and Chorlton. Altrincham / Didsbury are also pretty close by car. Easy access to M56, M6 and M62. Parking available. 5 minutes walk to Wythenshawe Park.

Super charming, clean, cosy space. However, it is pretty small. To give you an idea of size, the living area is approx 12ft ( length ) by 8ft excluding the bathroom. The bathroom is a decent size, with double shower. The bed is in the upper area of the space and is reached by a wooden ladder. I'm 5ft 6 and can sit up comfortably in the bed area but anyone over 5ft 8 might struggle a bit!

The bed area, has a good quality, clean mattress, a Smart TV, two double sockets and light switch next to the bed. Downstairs is a comfy armchair with foot stool, a corner wardrobe, and a large chest of draws. There is a Ninja 10 in 1 oven in there, which you can pretty much do most things in. There is a fridge / small freezer, and a kitchen sink. 24/7 access to a washing machine. PulleyMaid wooden ceiling clothes dryer / airer as seen in photo's for drying clothes. Washing line in garden.

In summery, it's a super cute, quirky little space for somebody looking for a short term bolt hole in Manchester with great transport links around Manchester and beyond.

No smoking / vaping inside.

Attached to a larger house, but has its own separate entrance / access. French doors open out on to garden, which is shared with the house.

I have two dogs. They both live in the main house, but do use the garden. They are very friendly.

Suitable for single person only. All bills included, inc internet, electricity, gas, council tax, water etc.
