Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from May 23rd–September 22nd (but you’re welcome to continue for another year if you’d like!). I have to move for another job, but I’m sad to leave this lovely place.

You’d be living in a cosy 2-bedroom 2 Bathroom flat with a balcony, shared with a friendly girl. There’s also a roof-top area to relax and enjoy the view( last 2 pictures)

Location: M3 postcode — shops nearby and within walking distance to the city centre.

Rent: £700/month (not including bills)
Extras: Includes a secure underground parking spot at no extra cost.
