About the room:
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The room has a King size bed with an Eve mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room has recently been decorated so it is a clean slate for you to personalise however you see fit. There are large windows which get the afternoon sun, making the room bright and airy. All bills (including council tax) are included in the cost of the room.

About the house/area:
The house is located in a gated development in Fallowfield. The house is detached and has 3 bedroom/3 bathroom. There is an Aldi 2 minute walk away, with some take away and convenience stores nearby. The 3rd bedroom will not be let out and will be used as a spare room for guests and a home office for myself and my partner. You will also have access to Netflix and Amazon Prime on the smart TV. The garden is of good size and receives plenty of sunlight during the summer. The house backs onto a primary school, which can get a bit noisy during their break times in the day, but evenings/weekends are very quiet. The room that is available to rent faces away from the school. 

About us:
We are a professional gay couple (late 40s and mid 20s), originally from South Africa and Spain respectively. We are not party animals but are not adverse to the occasional drinks and are happy to socialise with a housemate. In my spare time I enjoy archery, reading, exercising and socialising with friends. I am an easy going person, like to keep things neat and tidy but by no means am I a clean freak. My partner enjoys cooking, gaming, building Lego and reading.

About you:
Looking for an easy going LGBTQ+ male (preferable) of any age. Either professional or student is welcome. Preferably a non-smoker, however if you do smoke that is ok but we would not want smoking in the room/house, only in the garden. As we are not much into partying, we would prefer to live with someone who is not a partier either. Looking for someone who will be happy to keep the common areas neat and tidy. Also we would prefer someone who likes cats. We would would prefer not to live with a couple as we don’t believe the room is large enough to cater for 2 people.

About pets:
We have 3 indoor cats all are Maine Coon males. They are all relatively well behaved, quite social, and enjoy the company of the humans they live with. Happy to consider applicants with a cat (preferably no more than 1) but no dogs as they do not get on with them at all.

Viewings/Interviews:
Viewings will will be done on an ad-hoc basis. The room is currently available, however we are happy to wait for the right housemate.
