Double bedroom in semi detached house with large garden available.

Hi, I'm a veterinary nurse and I have 3 dogs so you must be an animal lover!
I am looking to leave Manchester and currently searching for the right job and house elsewhere. In the meantime, I have a spare room available with the option for you to take over the tenancy if you wish to when I go (the rent is currently pretty low for the size of house and garden, so an opportunity to secure that price).

The house: Three bed semi-detached house in a cul-de-sac with driveway and large garden. Downstairs there is a large living area, large kitchen and wc. Upstairs is 2 large double bedrooms and a box room which I currently use as a wardrobe/ storage and you are welcome to. The room currently has a double bed in it, but this can be removed if you have your own. Unfortunately there is only one small bathroom upstairs, but it is clean and has the essentials. Fibre broadband, large fridge freezer, washer and tumble dryer. Tram stop just outside.

About me: My job can be demanding so on my longer shift days I tend to shut down after work. On my shorter days and weekends, I like to explore country parks with the dogs, bird watching, gardening, bbqs and house parties. I’ve recently started bouldering and I love a bit of DIY.

The dogs: female whippet age 3, male whippet/italian greyhound age 2 and male xolo age 3. All are neutered, vaccinated and insured. They are professional food thieves, and the xolo has anxiety and is afraid of strangers so a dog savvy person is a must.
