I’ve got a spacious double room available in my house in Longsight. It’s a 3-bedroom property in a great location — around 10–15 minutes from Manchester Royal Infirmary and the University of Manchester, with plenty of local shops nearby. The 192 Bee Network bus stops just around the corner and runs straight into the city centre, and Piccadilly Station is only about 10 minutes away.

The house is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, a cosy living room, dining area, and a secure back garden. All bills are included (utilities, council tax, and Wi-Fi), so there are no hidden costs.

I’m a clean, working professional who also studies, so I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful, and enjoys a calm, comfortable home. That said, I do enjoy the occasional night out in Manchester — restaurants, bars, and socialising now and then.

The room is £625 per month for single occupancy. Couples are welcome, with an additional cost to reflect increased usage, which can be discussed.
