The property is located just seven minutes walk from East Didsbury tram stop and 12 minutes to the train station in which you can be in the city centre within 10 minutes.
Tesco is a short walk away and local amenities include Parrswood complex and Didsbury Village.
The house is a three bedroom semi detached house with a large private garden. Recently fitted new bathroom and kitchen. The house is decorated to a high specification throughout. I bought the property 8 years ago and I have now fully refurbished it.
The bedroom to rent is a large double room which has been redecorated at the end of last year with new furniture.
