I have a cosy single room in a quiet residential areas to rent. The house has a large living area, a large kitchen with 3 fridge freezers, 1.5 bathrooms and a nice big back garden. There is also on street parking as well as a tram station and bus stop just a short stroll to the house. There are also numerous local shops around for your local shopping. Each room also has a TV apart from yours because of the size but I could arrange an Ipad or something if you'd like.

DSS is accepted but this comes with an extra 50 pounds a month.
No couples and no pets please.
