Hi! Im a teacher from/living in north Manchester. Im a live in landlord and it's a 3 bed terrace, ideal for someone looking for a place to stay for work/study/leisure that wants to be close to city centre but still have some peace and quiet. 15mins to centre by car or 20 by bus/train. Close to Heaton park, a JD gym, swimming baths, canal walks and a couple of nice local pubs. You will stay in the attic bedroom with a double bed, spare bedding sets and clean towels. There is a garden to relax in and a spacious kitchen to cook in with table and chairs.

The attic bedroom- double bed, sofa, clothes rail, bedside table, a lamp and some shelves, chest of drawers, laundry bag, full length mirror. There is also a hair dryer available.

Kitchen - dining table for 4, kitchen has all usual appliances but no microwave.

Bathroom - walk in shower
