A lovely double room with en-suite available in the Didsbury Gate Complex. The room provides ample storage for clothes with mirrored wardrobes surrounding the walls. The room is lived in by my friend who is moving away. The room and flat comes fully furnished with a shared lounge area and kitchen. That's not to say that you cant bring your own bits and make a home a home!

The flat is always kept lovely and clean and is located just off Burton Road, with tram and bus stops on the doorstep, high ceilings and loads of natural light. Bathroom #2 has a bath.

You would be sharing with myself - it would be great to meet up if you are interested and I’d be happy to show you around!

I have plenty of hobbies and interests that occupy my evenings as well as having other friends in the area. I tend to be in the office most days. The lounge dining table can be fully converted into a WFH setup (as it already is) with monitors.

The room will be available from 16th March 2026. CT Band C. Gated Parking available at no added cost.
